Refund Policy

1. Summary

awebo offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on Awebo Pro license purchases. If you are not satisfied with Awebo Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date by emailing hello@awebo.sh.

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

2. What is covered

This policy applies to one-time Awebo Pro license purchases made through our Lemon Squeezy checkout at awebo-org.lemonsqueezy.com. It does not apply to third-party marketplaces, resellers, or team or volume invoices governed by a separate agreement.

The free Personal plan is, by definition, not subject to this policy because no payment is made.

3. 14-day money-back window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, starting from the date on your order confirmation email. Requests made after day 14 will be evaluated at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

4. EU / UK consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

Important: by activating the license key, starting to use Awebo Pro, or downloading Pro-gated features before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); Polish Consumer Rights Act, Art. 38 pkt 13).

You may still request a voluntary refund under Section 1 above even after activation, subject to Section 6.

5. How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@awebo.sh with the subject line "Refund request" and include: (a) the email address used at checkout, (b) the Lemon Squeezy order number from your receipt, and (c) the reason for the refund (optional but appreciated - it helps us improve the product).

You do not need to return anything. We will deactivate the license key as part of processing the refund.

6. Conditions

Full refunds are offered on any license for which a refund is requested within 14 days of purchase, regardless of whether the key has been activated, subject to the following:

(a) the license key must not have been shared, published, or resold; (b) there must be no indication of abuse, fraud, or chargeback activity on the associated Lemon Squeezy order; (c) refunds are issued once per customer, meaning a customer who was refunded previously may not be eligible for a second refund on a new purchase of the same product.

If we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, we may refuse the refund and deactivate the license key.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (acting as Merchant of Record) back to the original payment method used at checkout. We will action the refund within 5 business days of receiving a valid request.

Funds typically reach your account within 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued, depending on your bank or card network. Lemon Squeezy may retain processing fees in accordance with its merchant policy (lemonsqueezy.com/refunds).

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us at hello@awebo.sh before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate and permanent deactivation of the license key.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of purchase, as shown by the "effective" date at the top of this page. We will keep an archive of prior versions available on request.
